Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how OÜ Adlumen ("Adlumen", "we") handles information when you visit adlumen.ai (the "Site"). We designed the Site to collect as little as possible: it sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and embeds no third-party trackers.

2. What we process

• Server logs. Our web server automatically records technical data about requests: IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time. We use these logs solely to operate and secure the Site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest). Logs are rotated and deleted on a short schedule.
• Contact form and correspondence. If you submit the contact form or write to us by e-mail, we process the details you provide — name, e-mail address, company (optional), selected topic, and your message — in order to respond (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Form submissions are delivered to us as an internal notification via the Telegram Bot API (Telegram FZ-LLC acts as a transmission channel) and are not stored in a database on the web server.

3. What we do not do

• No cookies, localStorage, or similar identifiers — which is why the Site shows no cookie banner.
• No analytics or advertising trackers.
• No third-party embeds: fonts are served from our own server, and no visitor data is shared with font or CDN providers.

4. Sharing

We do not sell or share personal data. Our hosting provider processes server logs on our behalf as part of running the infrastructure, and contact form notifications are transmitted to us through the Telegram Bot API. We may disclose data where required by law.

5. Retention

Server logs are kept for a limited period (typically up to 30 days) and then deleted. E-mail correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and data portability. Write to offer@adlumen.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee) or the supervisory authority in your country.

7. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the effective date above.
